3–5 business days from the moment we receive your completed intake form. The clock starts on the intake, not the payment — so the faster you send it in, the faster you receive your brand. We build to order, not in batches, so your project begins the next business day after your intake is submitted.
Every delivery includes one round of revisions. If something misses the brief — a colour direction that feels off, a font that doesn't suit your industry, a logo concept that isn't right — tell us specifically what needs to change and we'll revise it. Our detailed intake process is designed to prevent this, and the vast majority of clients receive their brand without requesting a single change.
Because this is a custom, done-for-you service, we don't offer refunds once the intake form has been submitted and work has begun. What we do offer is a revision round to make it right if something doesn't meet the brief. If we miss the 5-day delivery window, you automatically receive a 50% refund — no request needed.
Both tiers include your custom colour palette, typography system, logo direction brief, branded Canva templates, and brand standards guide. The Complete tier adds a Brand Voice & Messaging Guide (your tone of voice, messaging pillars, and positioning statement) and a Competitor Positioning Brief (what makes your brand distinct from competitors in your space). If you're actively creating content, writing copy, or briefing a team, Complete is the better investment.
Everything is delivered via a shared Google Drive folder. You'll receive your brand guide as a PDF, your Canva templates as shareable links (no Canva Pro required), your colour codes as a reference sheet, and all written deliverables as editable Google Docs. Nothing requires specialist software to access or use.
Yes — you can upgrade at any time. If you purchase Starter now and decide you want the Brand Voice Guide and Competitor Positioning Brief later, email us at hello@nuroworks.com and we'll invoice you the difference ($100) and add those deliverables to your existing brand package.
Absolutely. If you have existing brand assets you want to keep — a logo, a colour you're attached to, a specific font — we build around them. Just note this in your intake form and we'll use your existing assets as anchors rather than starting from scratch. The rest of the brand system is built to complement and extend what you already have.
