Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Click any "Order" or "Get Started" button on a service page. You'll be taken to our secure checkout powered by Payhip. After payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with your intake form link immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods supported by Payhip. Payment is processed securely โ€” we never store your card details.

Do you offer payment plans?

For the Growth Stack Complete tier ($497), we offer a 2-part split: 50% to confirm your spot and 50% on delivery day. Email us at hello@nuroworks.com before purchasing to arrange this.

Delivery & Process

How long does delivery take?

How are products delivered?

Everything is delivered digitally โ€” via email, PDF document, Google Drive folder, or Canva template link. No physical items are shipped. You receive a clear implementation guide with every deliverable explaining exactly what each file is and how to use it.

When does the delivery clock start?

The delivery window starts from the moment we receive your completed intake brief, not from when you place your order. Submitting your brief promptly means faster delivery.

What if you miss the delivery deadline?

If we miss the stated delivery window, you receive a 50% refund automatically โ€” no request required. This has never happened, and we intend to keep it that way.

Do I need design skills to use what I receive?

None. Hex codes paste into any tool. Font links point to free Google Fonts. Canva templates (Complete tier) require no design skills. Everything is ready to use immediately.

I already have a logo โ€” can I still use NuroWorks?

Absolutely. Most businesses that have a logo still lack the surrounding system โ€” documented colour palette, typography hierarchy, and voice guide. We build around your existing assets.

Can the content be used on any platform?

Yes. Tell us your platform in the intake form (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and all 30 captions are written and formatted specifically for that platform. Pro tier covers two platforms.

Refunds & Revisions

What is your refund policy?

Every NuroWorks service and product comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied after the revision round, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. See our full Refund Policy.

How many revisions are included?

Every done-for-you service includes one revision round. Submit your requests within 7 days of delivery and we'll address them within 48 hours.

Can I upgrade from Starter to Complete after purchasing?

Yes. Email hello@nuroworks.com after your Starter delivery. We apply your $97 as a credit and you pay only the $100 difference.
