Done-For-You Services

For done-for-you services (Brand Identity System, 30-Day Social Media Content System, Full Business Launch Kit), the following applies:

Revision round first

Every service includes one included revision round. If something in your delivery doesn't match your brief, submit your revision request within 7 days of delivery and we will address it within 48 hours. This is always the first step.

Refund eligibility

If after the revision round you are still not satisfied with the quality of the work, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of your original purchase date. Contact us at hello@nuroworks.com with your order details.

What we ask

We ask that you complete the intake form in good faith and allow us to complete the revision round before requesting a refund. We genuinely want to produce work you're proud of โ€” the refund guarantee exists as a safety net, not a shortcut.

Digital Products

For self-serve digital products purchased through our Marketplace (SocialFlow Pro, LeadFlow Pro, NuroWorks Growth Operating System, Profile & Bio Optimization Kit), our 30-day guarantee applies in full.

Because digital products are delivered instantly, we ask that you contact us if you have any issues before requesting a refund โ€” in many cases we can resolve the issue immediately. However, if you are not satisfied, a refund will be issued without question within 30 days of purchase.

How to Request a Refund

  • Your name and email address used at purchase
  • The product or service purchased
  • Your order number or payment confirmation (if available)
  • A brief note on the reason for your request

We will process your refund within 3โ€“5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
