Your delivery window starts from the moment we receive your completed intake brief — not from when you place your order. If you submit your brief immediately, we start immediately.
The intake form takes 10–15 minutes. We ask about your business name, niche, target audience, brand personality, visual preferences, and goals. The more specific you are, the more tailored your deliverable.
There are no wrong answers. If you're unsure about something, just describe it as best you can — we'll make it work.
That's fine. The intake form is designed to help you think through it. Many clients find that completing the brief is itself a useful exercise in clarifying their brand and business direction.
